July 22, 2025 — Laguna. Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna (Mapúa MCL) launched its first faculty onboarding with Makarius Smart Learning, moving from strategy to day-to-day classroom practice. The session focused on practical, responsible AI use that helps instructors plan lessons faster, give timely feedback, and track progress—without compromising academic integrity.
What today’s onboarding covered
- Bring-Your-Course Labs: Instructors reworked one real syllabus using AI-assisted planning tools and produced week-one-ready materials.
- Assessment Integrity & Policy: Guardrails for transparency, data handling, and classroom-level dos and don’ts.
- Outcomes Mapping: Aligning activities and rubrics to program outcomes, then wiring them into analytics for early intervention.
- Student Support Workflows: Building repeatable “nudge” and feedback loops for at-risk learners.
Toolset faculty can start using now
- PathBuilder — design outcome-aligned learning paths, generate rubric-linked tasks, and visualize mastery across sections.
